On-going Maintenance: Once SmartVista is installed, the customer is provided with on-going remote and on-site support. Our maintenance services cover an unlimited number of incidents for SmartVista functions, diagnosis and troubleshooting. With an access to the online request tracking system (ESM), the customer can create trouble tickets and easily track their fulfillment. These tickets may concern SmartVista use, system failures or further expanding of SmartVista functionality. The maintenance services delivered by BPC also include 24/7 Help Desk support, access to all the latest SmartVista releases and updates to comply with the latest requirements of international payment schemes. Read more...
